PARKERSBURG - The city of Parkersburg welcomes a fresh face to the office of City Hall.
BJ Humphrey, of Parkersburg, has been the new Deputy City Clerk working closely with City Administrator Chris Luhring since the end of March of this year. He will be providing support in coordination of different aspects of city management, with an emphasis on crunching numbers.
